Baltic Birch plywood is a superior-grade plywood prized by woodworkers for its strength, stability, and clean aesthetic. Unlike standard plywood, it features a consistent, uniform core with virtually no voids, making it the ideal choice for projects where the edges will be visible, such as cabinet boxes, drawers, and furniture. Its multi-ply construction provides exceptional screw-holding power and resistance to warping and bowing.
A key feature of Baltic Birch is its layered composition. The plies are all of a consistent thickness, and the face veneers are thicker than those on conventional plywood. This unique structure ensures a durable and consistent surface while contributing to its remarkable stability. We offer both 4'x8' and 5'x5' sheets in a range of thicknesses, from 1/8" for laser work and fine crafts to 3/4" for robust casework and furniture.
